Our chefs use quality ingredients, selecting the best of seasonal and local products including vegetables and salads from the garden, locally caught fish, British meats, English cheeses and Island wines and ales. We also serve Fairly Traded tea and coffee to directly support growers in other countries.
Many of our meals are wheat and gluten-free, so if you are on a special diet or have a food allergy you can still enjoy a good meal. Smaller portions of items from our menu are available for children.

Made with granary, white or gluten-free bread. Served with a home-grown salad garnish. Delicious! Like the Apple Tree B.L.T - quality British bacon, homegrown lettuce and tomato with the chef’s special basil mayonnaise. Simple but sooo tasty.
